The size of the penis is decided in while you are still a embryo floating in the confines of your mothers uterus. You could say that the penis size is actually determined even before by forecasting the effects of combining your mothers and fathers DNA. But there’s no known method for such forecasting. Unfortunatly….

The physical level

If we go down to the physical level, the penis size is handled by the so called HOX genes. This family of transcription factors play a key role in body patterning during the embryonic stage of development.We humans have 39 different HOX genes which play a major role in the developement of the nervous system, the axial skeleton, limbs and the genitals. Many people believe that the size of the penis can be estimated from the size of hands or feet and the fact that the same genes handle the formation of both genitalia and limbs could provide the missing clues.

Do you believe this? Whatever: Mutations of these genes can lead to malformations of the male penis such as “Micropenis” or “Macropenis” (monster cock)

So without abnormal HOX genes, this blog would be nothing! hehe. Hail all mutant HOX genes!! :-)
